 Requirement of Audit for companies registered under Ajman Free Zone (AFZA)
1. According to the implementing Federal Regulations, applicable for the Ajman Free Zone Authority (AFZA)  based companies,  The companies should maintain books of accounts and prepare the annual financials statement and get the same audited within four month from the end of the relevant financial year of the company.
